The Bothy is a tastefully converted cattle byre that sits on the property within the grounds of the owners.

The Bothy is situated in a scenic part of Glenlivet within easy walking distant to the local pub. The local Glenlivet Distillery is within two miles and forms part of the whisky trail. There is locally a number of varied walks within easy reach that offers an insight into the natural beauty of the area. Salmon and sea trout fishing are nearby, along with loch fishing and clay pigeon shooting. The Lecht ski area is a  20 minute drive away.

The Bothy is an en-suite bedsit that sleeps up to two adults and one child. The kitchen area has a breakfast bar with two chairs, kettle, fridge, mini oven with hob,  breakfast and evening meals are available on request from the main house. The living area has either a king or twin beds, two cosy chairs, sky tv and a cd player. Laundry facilities available.
