Hillview Holiday Cottage Rates and Availability

We can offer a 30% discount on last minute bookings (14 days before arrival date).

There is a £20 charge for pets. Rules for dog owners.

Please note Christmas week and New Years week start on the Sunday.

Cancellation Policy:

• 80% refund on cancellation of weekly rate given 30+ days before arrival date.
• 50% refund on cancellation of weekly rate given 14+ days before arrival date.
• 0% refund on cancellation of weekly rate given less than 14 days before arrival date.

Please note due to increase in fuel costs we have included £50 per week for oil and electricity in the rates. We may have to charge you more at the end of your stay if you have used more.

We recommend you take out insurance in the event that you may need to cancel.

Bookings are not confirmed until we have received deposit.
