There is a £30 charge per pet. Rules for dog owners.

Cancellation Policy:

80% refund on cancellation of weekly rate given 30+ days before arrival date.
50% refund on cancellation of weekly rate given 14+ days before arrival date.
0% refund on cancellation of weekly rate given less than 14 days before arrival date.

Please note due to increase in fuel costs we have included £50 per week for oil and electricity in the rates. We may have to charge you more at the end of your stay if you have used more.

We recommend you take out insurance in the event that you may need to cancel.

Bookings are placed on provisional and not confirmed until we have received deposit. We also take a bond which is refundable minus the costs of oil and electricity used in your stay and to cover and damages that may happen.
