Mackintosh Joinery
From start to finish Fraser made the process of building the houses very easy. We chose Fraser because of his experience of building in Scotland and the long relationship he had with other contractors which proved to be invaluable when certain issues outside of his control arose. The team working for Fraser were very professional and delivered a high level of service.
Mackintosh Joinery took care of everything from landscaping to turfing, Fraser also making sure that any issues while the build was progressing was dealt with quickly and efficiently. All the stops were pulled out to make sure the houses were built on time. The quality of materials used and workmanship by the team were fantastic. As with all new houses you have snags, again Fraser and his team have been very quick to respond to any issues we had while staying and testing the houses.
I would more than happily recommend mackintosh joinery as a reliable and quality builder. we will definitely be working with mackintosh joinery again.

Reynolds Architects
Billy Reynolds was very easy to work with and managed the whole process for us from dealing with planning, getting quotes in for building the houses to liaising with the builder to make sure the quality and design was met. This project was a bit more challenging than the average because of the location and design of properties. Billy was always quick to respond to any communication and helped make the process of building as smooth as possible. Having Billy and Fraser Mackintosh Joinery who know all the the pit falls and how to deal with the local planning authority were Invaluable.
I would be more than happy to recommend Reynolds Architects, having deal with many architects over the years I would say Billy was up there with the easiest to work with.
Aqua Leisure
Irene at Aqua Leisure has made it a breeze for us, who were recommend by Fraser Mackintosh. We bought the sauna's and hot tubs from them. They were open and honest from the start about the issues of having hot tubs.
They liaised with Fraser Mackintosh to have them installed which made it a painless exercise for us. Their after sales and customer service has been fantastic, and nothing has been an issue. They have been very quick to respond to any questions we had.
I would recommend Aqua Leisure, they did not try to sell something we did not need and were completely honest and open.
Sterling Furniture
It's a nightmare having to shop for a whole house, well it's fun for about 60mins. We visited Sterling Furniture in Tilicoutry, which was the best decision we made, everything we needed was under 1 roof! They made the process pretty easy to get everything we needed from the bed, sofas, tables to crockery and utensils.
This allowed us to order everything through them which they delivered and even built for us. They changed the delivery dates without any issues, when the build was delayed. We took full advantage of there 0% finance, as you can imagine have to furnish 2 houses from top to bottom is quite a costly exercise.
I would be more than happy to recommend sterling furniture, John (GM) and Andrew (manager home furnishing) made it very easy for us, thank you.
John Ross HiFi
We used John to kit out our own house and found the system very easy to use so decided to get John Ross HiFi to install a complete multi room entertainment system in the 2 houses. John has always been very quick to respond to our questions. Although the systems are not cheap, they are quality and more importantly easy to use.
John supplied all the Bose speakers, panasonic tv's and home server equipment which allows you to play music and videos throughout the house. John also was very flexible with installation when we had delays on the buildings
I would be more than happy to recommend John Ross HiFi, they were very professional and offered a great service.
Sharon Leon carpets
They worked closely with the builders and did a great job of squeezing us in to get the cottages ready on time. The lads who fitted the carpets were professional and very friendly. We will be using them again for our other properties.
