We have had a marvelous week at Windyhill, with day here temperatures (max) ranging from 6 degree – 16 degree. The weather was changeable, did not very rainy. We had none of the persistent rain we had fears. Stac Pollaidh was climbed in glorious sunshine, in 40 minutes from cen pal to 10 meters from the top, when continuing the climb with a youngestic day on a land would have seen rishy, to say the least! Great thing we had including Dunest, where the wall is Earaidh Point and at the Ballokume cup cake are to be willy recommended. Also not to be missed are the delyth of the Achiltibuie Smokehouse in Altandhu.
We will certainly return!
