Selected for the orginal – practical design after some internet browsing.
We are delighted with this house – it is such an easy place to relax in and we spent far more time indoors rather than out walking & exploring. The views are stunning and we have also had a couple of out-standing sunsets.
Weather has been fairly mixed but we never came here, looking for a sun Tan!!
A good selection of books, games, films and music was an unexpected surprise and very much appreciated.
The coastal road to Lochinver is a stunning drive and the pie shop in Lochinver is fabulous.
Our 2 year old daughter (Taylor) took to the house immediately but go a downstairs and vice versa.
The house is a master piece of design private corners since it is spacious enough to do so.
The only complaint we had was the house could do with a thorough clean – we had to wash all the gensils before we used them and the floor upstairs really needed a scrub.
NB, Finding a stair – Gate in the cupboard was a real bonus and allayed the only real concern we had.
We did not use the fire, again because of the wee one but the house was very warm at all times.
