Walking into the house has a big “wow” factor just what we had hoped for!

Had a very enjoyable week walking all but one day mixed weather from bright Sunshine to wild storms watching the big window flex with the wind and rain was interesting! The views in this part of Scotland are really special and the light very different from home in rural Incolhshire. Enjoyed the walk from the door to ACHNANHAIRD BAY.

In the sunshine, Superb! the snow capped backdrop of mountains and the blue sea is just as good as anything we have seen in New Zealand. Loved the view from the window, the leather couch, and the stone!! Nice to see the place is being upgraded – Guess we won’t be able to afford to come again! – met the handy man who
is very really friendly and I could have chatted to for hours! Pub was shut so we couldn’t sample the sea food but we had some good meals with a bit of Planning: Our dogs DAISY & PUPPY loved their stay and thanks to Mark & Sadie for letting us dog lovers stay in such a lovely house.
