Windyhill has made a great house for exploring this amazing part of Scotland. We did some lovely/thinky walks including the loop round Stac Pollaidh, the Falls of Kirkaig and the ctint of the walk along the base/cliffs of Coigach. Also spent some time on the bench at Achnahaird.
Lots of wildlife – porpoises in the bay – watched from the house and from the rocks along the Stopped – read deer and slow worms on the walk to the Falls.
Last couple of days the weather has not been so good, so the supply of jigsaws has been well usual.
we have loved Windyhill – well equipped and very comfortable, and of course a view that takes the breath away every morning.
