Weather was mixed but managed to avoid the monsoon downpours! Lovely situation for the house with great views, dogs spent hours looking out the window as did we! Food at An Fuaran was very good, and was the summer Isles hotel. Worth a trip to Lochinver just for the pie shef and Durness was magical—- Worth the long drive, which is very dramatic.
Hope to come back one day as we didn’t manage a trip to the Summer Isles.
