Absolutely love this part of Scotland having spent many an Easter week on the Summer Isles as a child. Weather very changeable but didn’t stop us exploring – managed 6 out or 7 of the walks round Achiltibuie leaflet.
Can definitely recommend walk to Garvie bay – watching seals basking on the rocks & also the Dubhraca Chore Round – spectacular views over Stac Pollaidh at the start & then over the Summer Isles ar the end.
The house is excellent & many an hour was spent sitting at the windows reading & gazing at the wonderful view. Wish we could stay another week!
