There is a shop / garage, a post office and pub / hotel in easy walking distance. Locholly Lodge will be completed and available to rent from April 2011.
The property has been designed with comfort and luxury in mind and has been positioned to take in the stunning views. The upper floor is split between the fantastic galleried lounge and the generous sized master bedroom. on the ground floor there are 3 further bedrooms and a luxury kitchen dining area with doors that open up to the beautiful vistas. The house will sleep 6 adults and 2 children (bunk beds) comfortably. Dogs are very much welcome. The house includes such essentials as sauna, hot tub, control 4 media entertainment system, log burning stove, plus all the usual items you would expect at home, washer, drier, BBQ, hair dryers, fully equipped kitchen, all to make your stay as well catered for as possible.

We were expecting a high standard of accommodation and we weren’t disappointed. The views from the property and hot tub were also outstanding. We had a fantastic week and will be back to Stac Polly. Would highly recommend both houses.The surrounding area also fantastic scenery and a beautiful sandy beach only ten min drive away.
